Join Clinical Herbalist Elisabeth Rowberry, M.S. for a hands-on workshop where you'll learn to blend healing teas for everyday wellness, acute flare-ups, and chronic conditions — all while sipping your way through a curated tasting of the very herbs you'll be working with. Proper steeping methods for maximum extraction (such as infusions vs decoctions) will also be discussed.
