In Building Your Apothecary: Herbal First Aid, you’ll learn how to stock and use a practical collection of herbal remedies for common, everyday needs. Led by clinical herbalist Elisabeth Rowberry, this hands-on workshop covers natural support for wounds, inflammation, stress, and more. Each participant will create and take home a foundational first aid remedy.
